Do I need to sign a contract for residential lawn service?
No. Residential lawn maintenance is month to month with a 30 day cancellation request by either party.

Is there a guarantee with new landscaping?
Yes. Landscaping is guaranteed up to one year with a maintenance agreement.

When are my watering days?
Watering days do change throughout the year. The City of Tampa Water Department displays the days on their website. Their website is: http://www.tampagov.net/dept_Water/information_resources/Water_Use_Restrictions.asp
How often and how long do I need to water?
For new sod: Daily in the summer and every other day off season - Rotors set for 45 minutes to one hour per zone; sprayers should be set 20 to 40 minutes per zone; and drip line 1 hour per zone.

What height do you cut grass?
The recommendations for Saint Augustine is 4" or higher, and 2" or higher for both Bahia and Bermuda.

When should I cut back shrubs or trees?
March is the best time of year to cut back shrubs. Crape Myrtle and summer blooming trees should be cut back in September/October for best blooms.

When should I have sod installed?
October through May.
